Are Walmart bonds and penny stocks a good investment presently?
Recently, I have been viewing different investment purchases that would be a good deal. If you think buying bonds with Walmart and/or buying penny stocks would be a good idea please let me know where and how I could buy these.
If you honestly cant see the difference between WallMart stocks and penny shares, my advice is to keep your money out of the stockmarket, and into low risk bonds or a crappy savings account.
Penny shares are not something you want to dabble with when you dont have a clue, you will be eaten alive
Not all penny shares are bad, but they take no prisoners and the chances of you finding a good one with your apparent knowledge is almost negligible

Those are pretty much at the opposite end of the spectrum. Walmart bonds are AA rated bonds with a CDS spread of about 50 bp (which means they are wicked safe). Walmart bonds will almost surely pay you timely interest and principal. They are boring but safe. Buy them at any brokerage but be careful about the spread – brokers take a big cut on bonds like this.
Penny stocks are a terrible idea. Please read the Wikipedia entry on penny stocks.

You can’t lump in all penny stocks in one big pile as good or bad. Maybe 5% of them have great potential, 25% are OK and 70% are like putting chips on a number in roulette at the casino. There is so much disinformation in the penny stock market, it is open to cheating and abuse. The idiots on YA! Investing always bitch the stock market is rigged. The major exchanges give you a fighting chance – but many penny stocks are a rigged game.

Stay away from Penny Stocks! Consider Apple if you want stocks. Walmart bonds… safe, but what rate are you getting?

Comparing Walmart bonds to penny stocks is like comparing apples to soap. They have nothing to do with each other….
Penny stocks are always a bad and a very risky idea, unless, of course, you have some inside information about it.
