Is it profitable Day Trading?
I am beginner as investor, but really I am not in to long term investments and I think that it is a faster way to make money in a stock market doing day trading. I would like to ask experienced people what they could suggest or give any advice about my point of view if I am wrong. Many thanks.
Your big mistake is to confuse ‘investment’ with ’speculation’. You’d have to be extremely lucky to be successful at day trading. The markets are especially choppy at the moment. Not a place for novices. If you have some spare money to invest, back some companies whose products or services you buy yourself. There are techniques you can use to trade against these holdings for income. Don’t expect to become rich though.

If you are lucky…..I would say that it has the same return on investment as lottery tickets.

Since you are a beginner in investing, I wouldn’t suggest to touch on intra-day trading. It is advisable to pick up some blue chips and hold it for capital appreciation in long-term. You may want to play contra trading only if:
1. you reserved your money for losses
2. you affort to lose
3. you are not greedy
4. you have a very good money management
5. you can study charts very well
6. you have your eyes on PC
7. market condition is allowed (high volatility)

Since you are a beginner, you probably won’t even be allowed to day trade. In the US, you need at least $25,000 in your brokerage account to day trade.
And there is a difference between investing and trading.
Don’t let people scare you away from it… and TRUST me it’s completely different than the lottery. Just the sheer amount of trades you will make as a day trader will eliminate any "luck" factor after an extended period of time. People who equate day trading to buying lottery tickets know nothing. It’s more like poker. Ever wonder why the same people on the World Series of Poker end up at the final table after going through hundreds of competitors?
Day trading is a skill not many people have.

Trading can be very profitable. might i suggest though that you look at "position" or "Swing" trading. they are simular but not as risky. Instead of trading everyday or more, and closing at the end of the day. trades are more like a few times a week and can last a few days
for example im a swing trader, i made a trade maybe twice a week and manage about 5-8% per month. which is about 80% per year.

If you’re a beginner and you want to day trade then you have the recipe for disaster.

Hey, why don’t you try stock newsletters?
Their stock picks are usually picked by professional stock traders or ex-stock brokers.
They do the fundamental and technical analysis to pick the right stock.
And I SWEAR it’s the BEST investment I ever made! I’ve made $47350 so far since I subscribed to their stock newsletter a few months ago.
The best part was I threw my resignation letter at my boss’s face and showed him the middle finger.
