Day Trading Advice

Hi,
I did day-traded in 2009 under different brokerage accounts;
On average I did 3 to 4 trades per day for 2 months (I quit after a major loss on a position), sometimes holding position overnight, sometimes selling the stocks the same day, then re bought the same stock some hour later,

nifty(future),icicibank.yes bank,dlf.airtel,tatasteel,tatamotor,bhel,infosys are some good scripts with good volatility and price movements for day trading.
